Candidates may elect to enter into the Ordained Minister Program at Harmony Grove Spiritualist Association after the successful completion of one year as an HGSA Associate Minister. Upon acceptance into this program by the Education Committee, this program generally takes one year to complete.
Candidates in the Ordained Minister program will undergo a course of study to further explore their spiritual leadership and counseling skills. Ministerial skills, ethics, church leadership, as well as lyceum development (adult, teen and children’s “Sunday School”) are some of the core areas of focus in this program. Service projects may be included as a part of the requirements.
